Sales Policy:

 

In order to protect myself from unscrupulous and unethical people I have had to institute a policy that protects both you the buyer and me the goat seller these terms and conditions are not negotiable.  These documents will be signed and leave with every goat.

A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the purchase price of the goat will be required to hold a sale goat. If for any reason, after the deposit is made, the goat becomes sick or injured the deposit will be refunded. If the buyer changes their mind, or cannot complete the sale for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
 

I reserve the right to retain a goat at any time during the sales process. I also reserve the right to sell goats to what I feel are the best homes based on management and care. Deposits will be refunded for these reasons.

 

Balances due must be paid in full before the goat leaves the farm. Final payments done at the time of pick up must be cash. Check payments must have time to clear the bank before the goat can leave the farm

 

Kids will be disbudded, up to date on Coccidiosis prevention, and have ADGA registration applications when they leave the farm.

Buyer has the option at the time of pick up to refuse the goat if they feel that the animal is not healthy. I cannot warrant the health status of a goat after it leaves my farm. All sales are final. Taking a goat off my farm implies that you have read and agreed to the terms of sale and are satisfied with the condition of the animal.

If transporting by ground please have your transport person ready to assess the health of the animal and sign off that the goat is healthy as it leaves the Aries property.

 

If transporting by air the buyer will receive a video that includes a temp check and must sign off before the goat will be shipped.
